We evolved into a Remote Recruitment & Manpower Firm after launching on March 15th, 2020 - a few days before the Global Pandemic.
Due to the numerous challenges we faced with the Global Pandemic Restrictions, we mastered online Client & Candidate Experience.
We are firm believers in recruiting for and creating jobs with true Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), and in order for this to happen, we must collaborate with organizations worldwide that share our values.
COVID had given us firsthand experience with the power of leveraging the Global Workforce to deliver incredible services to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world.

Our goal is to empower ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives worldwide. We achieve this by providing a customized, cost-effective capacity solution to support Recruitment & Staffing Firms, Small Family Offices, and Small and Micro Businesses (SMEs).
Our aim is to help these organizations accelerate their growth and create job opportunities in Jordan, and their local markets quickly, especially those businesses that are just starting up.
