Our pricing and services are tailored toward your needs as our primary stakeholder.
We do what we can to pack value in to all our services - As such, we feel it is important to communicate how we are adding value to your business via our services.
What is your recruitment methodology?
We have gone to extensive lengths to master Candidate Sourcing.
We custom-program Search Engine Algorithms according to your exact requirements as communicated to us.
We find candidates well beyond the confines of LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter
Our recruiters are trained to think out of the box in finding the best candidates within the proxy set by the client (Including Geography, nationality, and budgets).
As such, it is the client's responsibility to deliver extremely accurate Job Descriptions and communicate the purpose of the role in as much detail as possible.
If the client is not satisfied with the search outcomes, we will require further communication and evaluation of their previous communication, in order to refine our search process further.
Do you recruit for all professions?
Although we do not recommend assigning projects outside of our core focus areas, we do have an open-door policy to all vacancies.

Do you offer recruitment Services at affordable rates for Developing Markets?
Yes, we do have competitive and extremely cost-effective recruitment services for local Developing Markets.
However, these rates are only applicable if you are working with us via our Fractional HR Services.
These rates are restricted to Developing Markets & only specific positions within your organization.
Are your payment terms flexible?
Yes, our payment terms are flexible as we understand that some organizations may have a more complex accounting department which may require delayed payments.
How do you choose your rates for the client?
In general, we try to remain cost-effective.
However, we remain a for-profit business; which means that the larger the risks for us, the more we must increase our rates.
How do you mitigate poor communication from the client?
As a standard practice for our Search Services (Not Batches), the first round of candidates is called a "Calibration Round," which is included in the search process.
We send three candidates that relatively match the client's requirements with slight modifications in past experience.
Based on the detailed feedback from the client, we begin our Search refining process and get started.
If a candidate from the calibration round is hired, this will be considered a successful placement, and we will charge to placement rate.
What is your Replacement Policy?
We offer replacements for any position that is non-Director or higher with conditions - As we do not control your internal recruitment process, we must mitigate our risks.
The replacement must be for the same role, in the same location (no modifications to the Job Description will be accepted).
We offer a free replacement if the employee resigns during their first 90 days
If the candidate is terminated, we offer a replacement at 50% of the agreed-upon rate - as the candidate passed both parties' recruitment process, we cannot accept full responsibility for the termination.
Limited to one replacement per vacancy
Do you give refunds?
We do not give refunds, as once our services have begun, we have already started incurring costs on behalf of the client.
However, the client may opt. to pay a retained downpayment for the vacancy, and pay upon successful placement or end of the probation period.
Note: Prolonged payments will result in a higher rate to the client
Do you offer any guarantees?
The outcome of the new employee is dictated by your internal Human Resources Department, onboarding quality, turn-over rates, management, and toxicity level of your workplace. - Which is beyond our scope of work.
Our service is to find and present excellent candidates that we believe can make a positive impact on your business.
We may consult you on best practices regarding Onboarding, Leadership, Employee Development, and Career Planning for a separate fee.
As such, the only guarantee we can offer is our level of professionalism and your treatment as a valued stakeholder and partner to SpartanSC.
What can we expect from your Candidate Batches Services?
Our Batch service is a cost-effective solution that we offer to clients who are seeking to build a database or simply cannot afford headhunting rates.
In order for this service to be sustainable and profitable for us, we minimize the costs we incur by only running the first two aspects of our recruitment process. Which are:
10 Minute Screening
For this service, we only commit to delivering 8-10 candidates that meet or come close to your requirements.
This is not the right service for you if your salary scales are lower than the market standard, OR if the skillsets are difficult to find in the markets you operate in.
What is your core recruitment philosophy?
We hire candidates for their capabilities, experience, past achievements & initiatives, and exposure to your industry and core requirements.
We are an EEO organization, which means we do not discriminate for appearance, age, sex, race, or disabilities.
In short, we deliver qualified candidates that can make an impact regardless of anything else.
Why do you charge more for Executive Search?
Executives are normally Key-personnel that have extended end-of-contract Notice Periods.
Finding a "perfect fit" for executives can take anywhere between 1 month to 6 months.
Executives often go through an exhaustive interview process which can take a significant amount of time, as investors and Boards of Directors all want to interview the candidates and share their opinion.
Based on the "time-value of money," we need to justify the costs we incur after a prolonged search process and extended payouts.
What is your pricing for RPO and what is included?
Our pricing for RPO is a cost-effective solution for companies in the USA, Europe, and Canada. This is not a service for Developing Markets.
The pricing depends on the industry specialization of the recruiter. (Tech, Oil & Gas, FMCG, etc...)
You will have access to our system
Your recruiter/'s will be hand selected and trained on SpartanSC methodologies by our CEO & Elite Certified Recruitment Expert.
All recruiters are Jordanian Nationals, and serve you remotely.
Should I start payments even when the recruiter is being trained?
Yes, as your recruiter is coming with experience
The training is conducted "on-the-job." So they will already begin delivering results even whilst undergoing training.
Do you offer Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)?
Yes, we do offer RPO to clients who are in need of an extreme number of vacancies. (Upon request only)
The recruiter who will be assigned to you will effectively be your exclusive or fractional Recruiter (depending on the package your requirements qualify you for).
Packages for RPO:
If you do not have extensive corporate requirements, we recommend the "Fractional RPO Service." Which is a shared resource with other organizations
If you have 15 to 20 vacancies at a time, we recommend the "Full RPO"
If you have between 21 to 40 vacancies at a time, we recommend you request two recruiters on "Full RPO" for optimal results and to avoid burnout of the recruiters.
Do I have to pay outstanding invoices if we cancel the contract or hire a candidate after the contract ends?
Yes, all invoicing will incur for any candidate we have sent to you if placed.
We do this to ensure clients do not sign a contract with us to build a database, and then attempt to evade payment by hiring at the end of the agreement or by terminating the agreement.
Now that you have restructured your services, can pre-existing clients still request vacancies at their current rates?
Yes, clients that signed with us before November, 2022 will be grandfathered in to their rates.
Upon renewal, they will remain at their pre-agreed upon rates. (No modifications to our business partnership).
Do you offer recruitment services for individuals
Unfortunately, we do not for the following reasons:
It is a direct conflict of interest with our primary stakeholders. (Business entities).
We acknowledge recruitment services for individuals as an ethical dilemma.
There are companies that specialize in such services, however, our business model is not designed to accommodate such work.
